We are looking for a seasoned  Sales Head – Cloud  to lead our cloud sales strategy and execution across key strategic accounts. This is a leadership role, accountable for driving  profitable growth, building CXO-level relationships , and managing cloud solutions sales across  AWS, Azure, and GCP .

Responsibilities:
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual cloud sales targets across mass-market and strategic accounts.
Identify and pursue opportunities in  Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)  – including large-scale migrations, managed services, application hosting, backup, and disaster recovery.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, including  P&L ownership  and profit planning aligned with company objectives.
Manage the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation to deal closure and payment collection.
Lead a high-performing sales team – setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching for success.
Deliver impactful technical presentations and demonstrate cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
Build strong relationships at all levels, especially with  C-level stakeholders .
Work closely with internal technical teams and external partners to create demand and deliver value.
Explore and expand sales opportunities across the entire customer account base.
Profile Requirements
A proven  IT sales leader  with 15+ years of experience selling enterprise solutions, particularly cloud services.
Strong understanding of  cloud technologies , IT infrastructure, and managed services.
Track record of  exceeding sales goals  and delivering  profitable growth .
Skilled in strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and decision-making.
Experienced in  CXO engagement , negotiations, and long-term relationship building.
A people leader with experience in  scaling and mentoring  high-performing sales teams.
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and delegation skills.
