Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with the founder and growth team to execute, monitor, and analyse marketing across paid ads, marketplaces, and owned channels. This is a learning-by-doing role with real budgets and real accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Performance Marketing
Assist in execution and daily monitoring of:
Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
Myntra Ads
Nykaa Ads
Track spends, CTRs, ROAS, conversions, and product-level performance
Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and copies
Identify underperforming ads/products and suggest optimisations
Marketplace Growth Support
Support ad campaigns, visibility tools, and promotions on Myntra & Nykaa
Analyse SKU-level performance (views, add-to-cart, conversions)
Help with keyword optimisation, catalogue hygiene, and visibility metrics
SEO & Website Marketing
Assist with basic SEO tasks (keyword research, meta tags, content optimisation)
Monitor website traffic, conversions, and drop-offs using analytics tools
Support landing page optimisation initiatives
Whats App & Email Marketing
Execute Whats App campaigns (broadcasts, automations, segmentation)
Support email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drops, offers)
Track open rates, CTRs, conversions, and learn what works
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly performance dashboards across channels
Share insights on what’s working, what’s not, and why
Support decision-making with data, not just numbers
Who We’re Looking For
Strong interest in performance marketing & growth
Comfortable with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboards
Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Marketplaces (hands-on experience is a plus)
Curious, analytical, and willing to test & learn
Not afraid of execution, you enjoy getting things done
Fashion / D2C / startup exposure is a bonus
