Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Digital Revenue to lead and drive our digital revenue initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital business models, revenue generation, and financial services, particularly broking or fintech sectors. This role demands ownership of digital sales channels, monetization strategies, partnerships, and customer acquisition through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Mar Tech & Real-Time Monetization: Own and optimize the Mar Tech stack end-to-end, ensuring seamless integration across analytics, activation, campaign tools, CRM, and customer data platforms. Identify and resolve Mar Tech issues proactively, enabling real‑time monetization, faster go‑live cycles, and improved customer conversion paths. Build real-time trigger engines to activate cross‑sell, upsell and retention journeys based on user behavior signals.
Data, AI & Customer Intelligence: Drive customer segmentation using historical behavior, dynamic in‑session behavior, and contextual signals to deliver personalized product and revenue interventions. Build and operationalize propensity models, churn models, value-based segmentation, and next-best‑action systems. Collaborate with data science teams to co‑develop AI/ML models that improve acquisition efficiency, trading activation, and lifetime value. Champion the creation of a customer “Revenue Brain” combining analytics, behavioral science, and machine learning.
Cross-Sell & Personalization Engine: Develop advanced cross-sell and product‑bundling frameworks across equities, F&O, MF, insurance, deposits, and lending. Implement personalization strategies that adapt to each user’s lifecycle stage, product interest, probability to transact, and risk profile.
Continuous Monetization Opportunity Discovery: Build a structured pipeline of revenue ideas—including new digital products, pricing opportunities, feature monetization, partnerships, and premium offerings. Continuously experiment with incentives, nudges, UI/UX variations, pricing constructs, and recommendation engines to unlock incremental revenue.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic alliances with fintech partners, digital platforms, and other third parties.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the digital revenue team to achieve KPIs and foster a high-performance culture.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure all digital revenue initiatives comply with regulatory and legal frameworks specific to broking and financial services.
Reporting: Provide regular revenue performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in digital revenue management, digital sales, or business development, preferably in financial services, broking, or fintech.
Mar Tech & Growth Engineering
Skills:
Deep expertise in modern Mar Tech platforms (CDP, CEP, MMP, A/B testing systems, attribution, tagging, event architecture, CRM orchestration). Ability to diagnose and improve funnel analytics, attribution accuracy, event taxonomies, and marketing automation flows.
Data & AI Proficiency:
Strong understanding of data models, feature engineering, and interpreting outputs of AI/ML models.
Ability to translate business needs into data science requirements and deploy models into production environments with measurable revenue impact.
World-Class Digital Revenue Leadership
Skills:
Ability to run a high‑velocity experimentation culture (A/B, multivariate, pricing tests, cohort-driven optimization). Strong command of digital product management and user psychology for revenue design. Advanced understanding of platform ecosystems, APIs, embedded finance, affiliate models, performance marketing, and digital partnerships. Proficiency with global digital growth frameworks such as:
• North Star Metrics & Growth Loops
• Revenue Flywheels
• Customer Lifetime Value models
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Ability to manage cross-functional squads (Growth, Product, Data, Engineering) and drive outcomes through influence and velocity.
Strategic & Business Skills
Exceptional commercial acumen, with the ability to convert customer insights into revenue outcomes.
Leadership skills. Ability to drive high performing culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Certification in digital marketing or financial markets is a plus.
