JD :

Required:

6 - 10 years of experience implementing the workflows and API’s on event management platforms
Hands-on experience with Service Now Event Management module, including configuration and integration
Strong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations
Familiarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like  Solar Winds, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar platforms .

Experience with Regex, Java Script, Power Shell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API
Proficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within Service Now.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.
Selected candidate is expected to work on US Eastern Time zone
Provide weekend prod implementation, upgrade validation support, on-call support as required

Knowledge in CMDB, Service mapping and CI relationships

Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as AWS Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor

Experience with Service Operations Workspace, Health Log Analytics (HLA), Agent Client Collector (ACC), ITOM Now Assist
Understand Predictive Intelligence and Predictive AIOps
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist for Event Management
