Key Responsibilities:
Establish and run program governance (Steer Co/WG cadence, RACI, RAID, dependency maps, change control)
Track and report scope, schedule, costs, risks, and benefits; drive issue resolution and decisioning.
Oversee the end-to-end migration lifecycle: current-state discovery, gap analysis, data migration strategy,
cutover planning, dry runs, dress rehearsals, go-live, and post-cutover hypercare.
Oversee data segmentation/mapping, reconciliation strategy, and data quality KPIs (completeness, accuracy,
timeliness).
Govern vendor SOWs, SLAs, milestones, and acceptance criteria; manage multiple vendor.
Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, availability, security, DR) are met.
Oversee the L1/L2/L3 support governance, incident/problem/change processes (ITIL), and release calendars.
Provide executive-ready dashboards and heatmaps.
Conduct Change Impact Assessments and lead training & communications for branches/ops.
