Role Purpose
The Performance Marketing Manager will own digital growth across all three brands, focusing on
Quick Commerce marketing, paid acquisition, website traffic growth and lead generation for bulk
and corporate orders. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution and
measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

Quick Commerce Performance

• Manage spends across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and similar platforms

• Optimise search ads, banners and platform campaigns

• Track ROI and city-wise sales velocity

Paid Media & Website Growth

• Own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

• Drive qualified website traffic and improve conversions

• Optimise CAC, ROAS and contribution margins

Lead Generation – Bulk & Corporate Orders

• Build campaigns for bulk and corporate gifting leads

• Track CPL and lead-to-order conversion

• Support sales teams with marketing-qualified leads

Analytics & Optimisation

• Maintain performance dashboards

• Analyse brand-wise and channel-wise performance

• Continuously test creatives, audiences and offers

Campaign & Launch Management

• Support new product launches and festive spikes

• Align marketing with stock readiness and fulfilment capacity

Mandatory Eligibility

• Prior experience in a digital marketing / performance agency is mandatory

• Must have handled multiple brands or high-budget performance accounts

• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads

• Proven experience managing CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR and CVR
Profiles without agency-side performance marketing experience will not considered
