Location:

GGN/MUM/BGL/Chennai (On-site)

Responsibilities:

Act as a techno-functional consultant and provide recommendations on process to Leegality's Enterprise clients for Consentin - Both On-premise deployments or SaaS
Configure and manage client’s use of Leegality Consentin;
Assist and Train clients to do it on their own.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive client go-live with the least Time to Value.
Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.
Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.

Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any role.
Previous experience in Pre-Sales or Technical implementation would be strongly preferred
Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must :
Good to have development experience in ReST APIs, JavaScript and JSON/XML data structure
Understanding of kubernetes, docker and deployment workflows is preferred
Understanding of infrastructure components - databases, queues, api gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred.
Experience in on-prem deployments would be strongly preferred
Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.
Fluency in English is a must;
Fluency in Hindi is preferable
Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployments
