Product Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and strategic Product Designer to join our team and drive the end-to-end product design process. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create impactful, user-centric solutions that enhance user experience while aligning with business goals. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, defining user journeys, and delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements.
Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design execution.
Translate complex problems into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze insights to improve product usability and performance.
Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
Advocate for user-centered design practices and accessibility standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth design implementation and quality outcomes.
Contribute to product strategy by bringing a strong understanding of user behaviour, business goals, and industry trends

Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
Experience in user research, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of product thinking, design systems, and visual design principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
