About the Role
A hands-on paid media role managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for real estate clients, with a core focus on lead generation, cost efficiency, and lead quality.
Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Retargeting, Traffic) campaigns end-to-end.
Monitor and improve key metrics daily — CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Manage audience strategies including custom, lookalike, and retargeting segments tailored to HNI buyers.
Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences to drive continuous improvement.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4.
Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Brief and review creatives, ensuring luxury brand standards are maintained across all ads.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, ideally in real estate or luxury sectors.
Proven lead generation results with defined CPL targets.
Solid grasp of tracking setup — GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
