Job Description:

We are looking for a highly capable  Technical Project Manager  with hands‑on experience in delivering technology projects and managing cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will be confident working closely with engineering teams, driving technical upgrades, and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Work closely with and coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, QA, and technical leads.
Oversee technology upgrade initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and strong alignment with business needs.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear communication and managing expectations.
Work closely with development teams to support planning, prioritisation, and effective solution delivery.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans.
Maintain delivery documentation, progress reporting, and project governance standards.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in  technical project management  or  technology delivery  roles.
Must have a proven technical background in Java development.
Extensive experience in Agile implementation.
Strong background in managing  tech upgrade  or legacy‑to‑modernization initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, and drive decisions.
Comfortable operating in agile environments and working directly with  software development teams .
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
Ability to translate technical detail into clear, business‑friendly updates
