We are hiring a Product Growth Marketing Manager focused on engagement, activation, retention and monetisation — NOT top-of-funnel acquisition.
This role is about driving deeper usage and higher transaction frequency from an existing and continuously growing user base.
If you understand performance marketing, user behaviour, funnels, attribution and lifecycle journeys — and enjoy optimising what already exists rather than chasing vanity installs — this role is for you.

We are NOT looking for someone to “increase downloads.”
We are looking for someone to increase activation, repeat usage and transaction velocity.
Core Responsibilities
1. Funnel & Behaviour Analysis
Analyse user journeys:
Download → Register → First Transaction → Repeat Transaction
Identify drop-offs and behavioural friction points
Build a structured cohort and segmentation analysis
Track LTV, retention, repeat frequency and engagement metrics
2. Lifecycle Campaign Execution
Design and execute engagement campaigns across:
Whats App
In-App Notifications
Push Notifications
SMS
Build automated trigger-based journeys
Run A/B experiments on messaging, timing, and incentives
3. Performance Optimisation
Monitor campaign performance using attribution frameworks
Optimise based on user behaviour signals
Improve CTR, conversion rates, repeat transactions and engagement metrics
Build structured reporting dashboards
4. Monetisation & Revenue Impact
Drive higher transaction frequency
Increase wallet share within existing users
Improve feature adoption
Identify behavioural nudges that improve revenue outcomes
Ideal Background
We are specifically looking for candidates who have:
3–6 years of experience in:
A Digital / Performance Marketing Agency (Media Buying, Attribution, Lifecycle Marketing), OR
A Growth / Performance Marketing role within a Tech Startup
Hands-on experience with:
Performance campaigns
Attribution models
Funnel analytics
Lifecycle automation tools
Strong understanding of:
User segmentation
Behavioural triggers
Retention metrics
Data interpretation
Currently based in Mumbai
Educated in an English-medium institution
Tools Exposure (Preferred)
Meta / Google Ads Manager
Clevertap / MoEngage / Web Engage (or similar lifecycle tools)
Google Analytics / Mixpanel / Amplitude
Excel / Google Sheets (advanced comfort with data)
