Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and highly analytical SEO Specialist (Individual Contributor) who will independently own end-to-end SEO for the organisation.

This role requires someone who can:
Develop the strategy,
Execute all technical, on-page, and off-page tasks,
Create SEO-driven content briefs,
Work with engineering/design on implementations,
Track performance,
Build reports, dashboards, and insights.

The candidate must be comfortable being hands-on and execution-heavy, while also thinking long-term and strategically.

Core

Purpose:

To independently drive organic traffic, keyword growth, domain authority, and conversions through a comprehensive SEO strategy executed hands-on by the candidate.

What you will work on:
- Independently plan, execute, and manage SEO roadmap for all three brands.
- Take responsibility for the entire SEO lifecycle; from keyword research to technical audits to backlinking to reporting.
- Build an SEO strategy aligned with each business.
- Set clear SEO KPIs, timelines, content clusters, and traffic goals.
- Identify new organic growth opportunities and present structured plans.
- Perform full-funnel keyword research across multiple ICPs.
- Create keyword clusters, topic maps, pillar-cluster frameworks.
- Execute all on-page SEO activities including metadata and header optimization, schema and alt attribute enhancements, internal linking, and full content optimization aligned with semantic search and E-E-A-T standards.
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and execute fixes across crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicalization, structured data, and overall site architecture by collaborating with engineering for implementation and validation.
- Create SEO-driven content briefs, optimize existing content for ranking and depth, and collaborate with the content team while independently owning the end-to-end SEO direction.
- Execute off-page SEO by running link-building campaigns, securing high-authority backlinks through guest posts and PR opportunities, monitoring DA/DR and link quality, and managing disavow submissions as needed.
- Build and maintain GA4, GSC, and Sheets dashboards while delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly SEO reports covering all the key metrics along with insights and actionable next steps.

Required Skills & Tools:
- Technical Expertise:
On-page optimization, Technical SEO audits, Structured data / schema, SEO for SaaS or marketplace sites, Keyword clustering & topic mapping, Backlink strategy, Core Web Vitals improvements, Site architecture & crawl optimization, CMS proficiency (Word Press/Webflow/custom).
- Tools:
Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Surfer

SEO (nice to have), Looker Studio.

What we expect:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO execution.
- Background in SaaS, marketplaces, job platforms, or B2B service companies preferred.
- Track record of improving organic traffic and rankings significantly.
