ServiceNow SecOps Developer

We are seeking a skilled  Service Now Sec Ops Engineer  with  3+ years of experience . The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Service Now Security Operations modules to strengthen the enterprise security posture.

Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage Service Now Sec Ops modules (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance).
Integrate Sec Ops with external security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat feeds).
Automate workflows for incident triage, vulnerability prioritization, and remediation.
Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure effective response to threats and vulnerabilities.
Maintain platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades.

Required

Skills & Experience:

Minimum  3 years of hands-on experience  with Service Now Sec Ops.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and Service Now platform architecture.

Experience with security tools (Splunk, Qualys, Tenable, etc.) and integrations.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and incident response processes.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
