Senior Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in distributed systems, AWS, and full-stack development, who can lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical depth, leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with clients and business stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities
6–8 years of overall experience in  software engineering , with strong  full-stack development  exposure
Proven experience designing and building  distributed, scalable systems
Hands-on experience of Python and JS is must.
Strong hands-on experience with  AWS  (cloud architecture, deployment, scalability, security)
Experience  leading a technical team of 8+ engineers , including mentoring, code reviews, and delivery ownership
Excellent  client communication skills ; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong understanding of  system design , performance optimization, and high-availability systems
Hands-on involvement across the  entire SDLC  (design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)

Good-to-Have / Bonus Skills
Experience working in a  product-based company or startup environment
Exposure to  CI/CD pipelines  and Dev Ops practices
Experience working on  Vue.

JS, Angular

JS  is Good to have skill.

Experience with  WebRTC  or real-time communication systems
Familiarity with  Android and iOS  application development
Exposure to  Generative AI  use cases or integrations
Prior experience in  Fintech or Financial Services domain
