Technical Product Manager

We’re looking for a   Technical Product Manager II   who thrives at the intersection of   tech, data, systems thinking, and customer reality   — someone who can dive deep into cloud architecture, debug a workflow, simplify a problem statement, and still walk into a client call with clarity and confidence.
If you love   figuring out the “why,” architecting the “how,” and owning the “what next,”  you’ll feel right at home.

We Are the Perfect Match If You:
Bring  4–5 years   of product experience, ideally in   B2B SaaS, fintech, or verification workflows
Have a   CS/Engineering background   and an MBA from top-tier institutes
Understand   cloud architecture   well enough to have meaningful conversations with engineers
Can break down the tech behind products like, workflows, data flows, and integrations
Love debugging — not code, but   systems, dependencies, and logic
Know your way around   data tools (Metabase, SQL, dashboards)  and understand how data “talks”
Can hold your own in a   client conversation   , especially when explaining product behaviour or trade-offs
Are a natural at   stakeholder alignment   , simplifying complexity, and driving clarity
Are product-first, GTM-aware — but not GTM-heavy
Care deeply about making products   stable, predictable, and scalable   , not just shiny

What Your Day Would Look:
Translate vague problem statements into crisp product requirements that engineers love
Understand, map, and optimise   data flows   across systems — how inputs become insights
Own and improve the   stability and reliability   of the CKYC and related product areas
Break down customer asks, debug issues, guide L2/L3 ops, and reduce incoming tickets
Dive into cloud architecture discussions with engineering — APIs, async jobs, microservices, infra choices
Partner with Sales & CX on client conversations — explaining root causes, scoping integrations, aligning expectations
Define product improvements, feature enablement, and long-term architectural needs
Ensure internal teams know   how to talk about the product   — what it does, what it doesn’t, and why it matters
Build clarity across pods, aligning stakeholders on what needs to be done and why
