JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Java Rest based services, CRUD operations, SQL.
Basic information on AI.
Apply AIDLC‑driven development (AI‑Driven Lifecycle) to accelerate requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and validation using AI tools.
Drive spec‑driven development , ensuring clear, structured, and complete specifications for developers and testers.
Provide high‑quality prompts to AI tools to generate requirement summaries, test cases, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
Own the entire end‑to‑end change lifecycle —requirements gathering, analysis, configuration updates, testing coordination, deployment checks, and post‑release validation.
Act as a one‑person army , ensuring smooth release execution with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively with business, developers, and testers to bridge functional and technical gaps.
Validate and update Salesforce configurations in alignment with business needs.
Support UAT, coordinate deployments, and ensure production readiness.
Good‑to‑Have
Knowledge of financial objects and financial domain processes (training can be provided).
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
