Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices.
Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-defined product backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good to have Banking domain.
Monitor team performance and provide insights to improve productivity and quality.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team members to share feedback.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Assist in the development and implementation of Agile training programs for team members and stakeholders.
