We are hiring for Group Head / Manager – Programmatic | Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Programmatic professional (Manager / Group Head level) with hands-on expertise in managing high-investment, complex campaigns across DSP platforms. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, optimization capabilities, and client leadership.

Depending on experience, the candidate will either lead strategy and senior client communication (Group Head level) or drive performance optimization and execution excellence (Manager level).

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Lead end-to-end programmatic campaign planning and execution across DV360, TTD, and other DSPs
- Drive integrated video and social strategies across You Tube and Meta platforms
- Manage high-budget, performance-driven campaigns with strong ROI focus

Optimization & Performance

- Deliver measurable uplift in campaign performance and operational efficiencies
- Monitor key KPIs and proactively implement optimization frameworks
- Leverage audience insights, bidding strategies, and data signals to improve results

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Lead strategic conversations and performance reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Present campaign roadmaps, insights, and business impact clearly and confidently
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, creative, and media teams

Team Leadership (Group Head Level)

- Mentor junior team members and drive process excellence
- Establish best practices across programmatic planning and buying

Key Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in DV360 and TTD
- Advanced You Tube and Meta platform knowledge
- Deep understanding of programmatic buying, audience segmentation, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
