Senior Manager / AVP – MIS & Financial Analytics
Reporting to:
Head of Treasury
Job Summary
We're looking for a sharp and intellectually curious candidate to work directly with our leadership team, sitting at the intersection of finance, data, and business strategy. You would be responsible for dissecting data, challenging assumptions, identifying gaps in our MIS, and help us build smarter systems and reporting processes.
What You'll be Doing
o Own our MIS, management reporting and data-driven insights that inform key business decisions.
o Dig into financial and operational data to identify trends and anomalies.
o Work cross-functionally to understand business context and translate it into structured analysis.
o Identify inefficiencies and gaps in existing reporting and data systems, and actively lead the effort to fix them.
o Build dashboards and refine financial models and analytical frameworks.
o Prepare crisp, executive-level presentations and reports that distill complex analysis into clear narratives.
o Spot gaps in how we currently track and report data, and take ownership of fixing them.
What We're Looking For
o 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
o Knowledge on how to build models, structure analysis, and think about businesses rigorously.
o Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level; SQL, Tableau, or Python a strong plus).
o Proven ability to work with MIS and management reporting.
o Extremely detail-oriented.
o Strong communication skills — you can present data clearly to senior stakeholders and ask pointed, intelligent questions.
o High ownership mentality and comfort working in close proximity with leadership.
Educational Qualification
o CA/CFA/MBA from a top tier institution preferred
o Past experience of working with fintech startups is a plus
