About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales professional with strong communication skills, a solid technical foundation, and a good understanding of sales processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our sales and technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed with the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Bids / tender management
- Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver customized proposals and solution documents.
- Support sales cycles with technical expertise, ensuring customer queries are effectively addressed.
- Build strong client relationships by offering consultative insights and positioning the company’s offerings effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
- Client visits & demo on software products, services and solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / software development, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of technology domains (Cloud, SaaS, IT Services, Software, etc.) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Proven ability to assist in solutioning, proposals, and client-facing presentations.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.
