Job Description:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you hold a leadership role in your team, demonstrate strong knowledge across multiple technical domains, and advise others on the technical and business issues facing them. Take lead and conduct resiliency design reviews, break up complex problems into digestible work for other engineers, act as a technical lead for medium to large-sized products, and provide advice and mentoring to other engineers.

Responsibilities:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software development and systems engineering
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, or Go

- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and distributed systems

- Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git

Skills:

- Dev Ops role i.e. AWS + Programming skills + Monitoring/ reporting
- Core skills:
Coding (Python/ .NET/ Java/ Type Script/ React) + Cloud (AWS) + Containerization (Kubernetes)
- Recent experience in successfully leading Application / Site reliability function.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer, Electronic or IT Engineering.
