Experience
15 20 years of overall experience with 6 years in data AI platforms and 3 years leading GenAI ML driven solutions at enterprise scale
Role
The GenAI Architect is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise GenAI and AI platform strategy enabling scalable secure and responsible AI adoption across business units This role blends AI architecture cloud platforms data engineering foundations and governance guiding teams from experimentation to production grade AI systems
Responsibilities
Lead large scale AI GenAI platform design and rollout across multiple business functions
Establish AI governance security ethics and compliance frameworks
Define the enterprise GenAI strategy reference architectures and adoption roadmap
Guide solution architects data scientists and engineering teams through architecture reviews and delivery
Standardize AIML development deployment and monitoring practices
Evaluate AI platforms LLM providers vector databases and tooling ecosystems
Technical process skills
Define enterprise GenAI and AI platform architectures covering data ingestion model development orchestration deployment and monitoring
Architect scalable AI systems using Python ML frameworks PyTorch Tensor Flow scikitlearn and modern MLOps practices
Design retrieval augmented generation RAG prompt orchestration agent based systems and LLM integration patterns
Establish data engineering foundations including batchstream processing data lakeswarehouses feature stores and data quality frameworks
Design AI platforms on cloud environments Azure, AWS, GCP with strong security scalability and cost governance
Implement MLOps pipelines for model training versioning testing deployment and continuous monitoring
Architect responsible AI controls including data privacy bias mitigation model explain ability and compliance
Define observability for AI systems including drift detection performance monitoring and feedback loops
Guide enterprise adoption through architecture standards reusable components and platform accelerators
Experience with vector databases Pinecone Weaviate Open Search FAISS etc
Exposure to GenAI frameworks Lang Chain Llama Index Semantic Kernel Haystack
Good to have
Knowledge of enterprise data governance and regulatory standards
Cloud AI certifications or advanced ML credentials
Soft skills
Executive level communication and influencing skills
Strong business understanding with AI value realization mindset
Proven leadership across cross functional technical teams
Strategic thinker with hands on architectural depth
