The role involves advanced troubleshooting, automation, identity and access management, and close coordination with application teams, vendors, and managed service providers.

Active Directory & IAM | Windows Server OS | VMware | Backup & File Server Management | SMTP Relay | RADIUS | Performance Monitoring | Power Shell Scripting | Vendor Management
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows server issues (performance, reboots, hangs, patching)
- Monitor server health and handle P1/escalated incidents
- Manage Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, replication) across domains
- Perform IAM operations and automation using Power Shell
- Manage file servers, access permissions, and backups
- Troubleshoot DNS and support SQL databases at a functional level
- Coordinate with application teams, network teams, vendors, and MSPs
- Handle incidents, service requests, alerts, and change requests
- Ensure security compliance, monitoring scores, and audits
- Provide on-call support for critical issues
