Education (Mandatory):

Degree from IIT / IIM (Mandatory)

NON - IIM graduates may be considered only if they have strong hands-on full-stack engineering experience in Fin Tech or IGaming systems

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Developer to design and build a real-time Fin Tech-driven betting/exchange platform.

The role requires deep ownership of financial systems, real-time workflows, and backend accounting logic, in addition to modern frontend development.

You will be responsible for translating Excel-based financial models (P&L, ledgers, settlements, exposure) into secure, scalable production systems that handle high volume monetary transactions with accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale a secure, real-time Fin Tech platform
Develop React-based user interfaces with live updates (Web Sockets)
Build Node.js backend services for:
Wallets & balances
Deposits, withdrawals & settlements
Exposure & limits
P&L and financial reporting
Design and manage double-entry accounting systems
Convert Excel-based P&L, ledger & reconciliation models into backend logic
Build admin dashboards for:
User balances & wallets
Transaction histories
P&L, exposure & reconciliation reports
Integrate payment gateways, sports data, odds feeds & gaming APIs
Ensure financial accuracy, auditability & data integrity
Optimize systems for high concurrency, low latency & fault tolerance

Strong hands-on experience with React.js & Node.js

SQL (financial-grade schema design & transactions)

Experience with real-time systems (Web Sockets / event-driven systems)
Strong Fin Tech fundamentals:
Wallet architecture & balance management
Debit / credit flows & settlements
Double-entry ledgers
P&L calculation & reconciliation
Experience handling:
Monetary precision
Idempotency & retries
Transaction integrity
Advanced Excel skills:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

Strong problem-solving & system ownership mindset
Must have experience in I-Gaming or Fintech
