Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for large-scale banking applications (web & mobile)
Convert business, operational, and regulatory requirements into effective UX solutions
Build, manage, and scale a bank-wide Design System
Ensure UX consistency across multiple applications and teams
Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Compliance teams
Conduct usability testing, UX reviews, and design sign-offs
Must-Have Skills & Experience
3–7 years of experience in UX / Product Design
Strong experience in enterprise or BFSI applications
Hands-on experience with Design Systems
Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and UX documentation
Good understanding of usability and accessibility standards
Knowledge of frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows
HRMS experience is an added advantage
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
