Signavio Architect

Purpose:

The Signavio Lead / Architect operates as the technical owner of the enterprise process-modeling platform (Signavio) within the BPM Center of Excellence. The role exists to standardize, govern, and scale process modeling across functions and regions, ensuring that every published process is accurate, compliant, and consumable by business teams, auditors, and downstream automation/ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Environment Setup

o Configure Signavio workspace, user roles, and access controls.

o Integrate Signavio with collaboration tools and repositories.

2. Metadata & Dictionary

o Create and maintain Signavio Dictionary (roles, systems, data objects).

o Build reusable fragments and templates for analysts.

3. Technical Governance

o Enforce BPMN compliance and modeling standards.

o Validate models before publishing and maintain repository integrity.

4. Training & Support

o Train Process Analysts on Signavio usage and best practices.

o Provide technical troubleshooting and vendor coordination.

5. Reporting

o Share QA compliance metrics and repository health to the Process Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

· 10 to 12 Years of Experience

· 5+ years in Business Process Management (BPM) roles.

· Prior experience as a Signavio administrator or architect.

· Strong project management skills.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools

· Exposure to large-scale process transformation projects.

· Strong expertise in Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration Hub.

· Deep understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and modeling best practices.

· Experience in metadata management and process governance.

· Proficiency in integration with enterprise tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
