Project Planning & Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project.
- Drive project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Integration Coordination
- Manage integration activities between SAP, Zoho CRM, Dealer Loyalty App, and company websites.
- Identify and resolve integration issues in collaboration with technical teams.
3.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, ensure Business Requirements Document (BRD) sign-off, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
4.
Governance & Communication
- Lead daily standup meetings and regular project governance sessions.
- Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
5.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful test phase completion.
6.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project deliverables, decisions, and changes.
