Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
Lead and oversee SAP technical development activities
Provide hands-on expertise in ABAP, ABAP on HANA, and SAP Fiori
Guide and mentor technical team members and ensure adherence to best practices
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects
Handle daily technical reporting and coordination with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with SAP standards, development guidelines, and methodologies
Required Skills and Experience
7+ years of experience in SAP technical development
Strong expertise in ABAP (New ABAP), ABAP on HANA, S/4
HANA, and ECC 6.0
Experience in SAP Fiori and Rapid Application Development
Exposure to ticketing tools such as Service Now
Experience in SAP implementation and support projects
SAP certification is an added advantage
Key Competencies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Adaptability to dynamic project environments
