About the Role
As a Senior Presales Consultant at Motadata, you will work closely with Sales, Partners, Product, and Delivery teams to craft compelling technical solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll own the presales journey — from discovery and demos to PoCs and proposals — acting as the technical backbone of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Channel teams to understand customer needs and design effective technical solutions
- Lead discovery calls, requirement assessments, and technical discussions with customers
- Deliver impactful product demos and presentations (in-person & virtual)
- Provide end-to-end presales technical support to drive deal closures
- Handle technical compliance queries, gap analysis, customization feasibility, and effort estimation
- Own customer requirement documentation and presales artifacts
- Create high-quality deliverables including:
- Solution Architecture
- Technical Proposals & Presentations
- Statements of Work (SOW)
- Hardware sizing, BOM, and software recommendations
- Set up and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned with customer expectations
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and scope clarity
- Work with Product / PMG teams to share customer feedback and influence product improvements
- Support go-to-market initiatives, sales strategies, and product packaging
- Represent Motadata at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting roles
- Hands-on experience with NMS or ITSM solutions such as Motadata, Solar Winds, PRTG, Service Now, BMC, Freshworks, Whats Up Gold, etc.
- Strong experience in solution design and proposal creation, especially for NMS tenders
- Good understanding of Networking, Servers, Applications, Cloud, SDN, and IoT
- Deep expertise in at least one infrastructure domain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and work cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel as required
