Role Overview
We are hiring a  Country Manager – GRC & Compliance  to lead our India business from Mumbai.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on:
Building the national sales pipeline
Driving enterprise CXO relationships
Expanding strategic alliances and partner ecosystems
Establishing eGyanam

Tech as a trusted global brand in Risk and Compliance platforms

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the  GRC / ITSM / Cyber Risk market , strong executive networks, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities   Sales & Revenue Leadership
Own and drive the India country sales strategy for Parham GRC & Compliance Platforms
Deliver aggressive revenue and growth targets across BFSI, enterprises, and regulated sectors
Lead end-to-end deal execution including CXO engagement, proposals, negotiation, and closures

CXO Relationship & Market Penetration
Build strong relationships with CISOs, CROs, CIOs, Compliance Heads, and Board-level stakeholders
Position Parham as a strategic transformation platform for governance, compliance, and risk

Partner & Ecosystem Development
Recruit and manage global and regional partners including consulting firms, system integrators, and advisory alliances
Build channel-led growth models for Asia expansion

Brand & Market Leadership
Establish eGyanam

Tech as a recognized brand in the GRC and ITSM ecosystem
Represent the company at industry forums, CXO round tables, and strategic events

Team Building & Entrepreneurial Execution
Build and lead the India sales and partner organization over time
Operate with a startup mindset — high ownership, speed, and accountability

Candidate Profile  We are looking for a senior industry leader, typically in their  40s or early 50s , with proven experience in enterprise technology growth roles.

Preferred Background
Experience as a Country Manager, Business Head, Regional Sales Leader, or Practice Leader
Strong exposure to  GRC, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity Platforms, or ITSM Solutions
Track record of selling to large enterprises, banks, and regulated institutions

Core Strengths
Strong CXO-level connects and ability to open strategic doors
Expertise in solution selling, enterprise SaaS/platform sales, and consultative engagement
Ability to recruit partners and build high-performing ecosystems
Entrepreneurial drive to scale a global business from India
