Senior Presales Consultant

About the Role
As a  Senior Presales Consultant at Motadata , you will work closely with Sales, Partners, Product, and Delivery teams to craft compelling technical solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll own the presales journey — from discovery and demos to PoCs and proposals — acting as the technical backbone of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Channel teams to understand customer needs and design effective technical solutions
Lead  discovery calls , requirement assessments, and technical discussions with customers
Deliver impactful  product demos and presentations  (in-person & virtual)
Provide end-to-end  presales technical support  to drive deal closures
Handle  technical compliance queries , gap analysis, customization feasibility, and effort estimation
Own  customer requirement documentation  and presales artifacts
Create high-quality deliverables including:
Solution Architecture
Technical Proposals & Presentations
Statements of Work (SOW)
Hardware sizing, BOM, and software recommendations
Set up and manage  Proof of Concepts (PoCs)  aligned with customer expectations
Stay up to date with  industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and scope clarity
Work with Product / PMG teams to share customer feedback and influence product improvements
Support  go-to-market initiatives , sales strategies, and product packaging
Represent Motadata at  industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in  Presales / Solution Consulting  roles
Hands-on experience with  NMS or ITSM solutions  such as Motadata, Solar Winds, PRTG, Service Now, BMC, Freshworks, Whats Up Gold, etc.
Strong experience in  solution design and proposal creation , especially for  NMS tenders
Good understanding of  Networking, Servers, Applications, Cloud, SDN, and IoT
Deep expertise in at least  one infrastructure domain
Excellent  communication and presentation skills  (verbal & written)
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and work cross-functionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to  travel as required
