Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies, including:
Daily Stand-ups (15-minute meetings to discuss progress, plans, and impediments)
Sprint Planning (setting goals and objectives for the upcoming sprint)
Sprint Review (demonstrating working software and gathering feedback)
Sprint Retrospective (reflecting on the sprint and identifying areas for improvement)
Backlog Refinement (grooming and refining the product backlog)
Ensure the Scrum team follows Agile principles and practices, and identify areas for improvement
Remove impediments and facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and product owners
Maintain and update Scrum artifacts, such as the Sprint Backlog, Burn-down Charts, and Velocity
Collaborate with the Senior Scrum Master to develop and implement process improvements
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive, collaborative team environment
Facilitate cross team communications
Participate in Scrum of Scrums and other Agile-related meetings
Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap and release plans
Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
End of Sprint Ceremonies:
Facilitate the Sprint Review, ensuring that the team demonstrates working software and gathers feedback from stakeholders
Facilitate the Sprint Retrospective, helping the team reflect on the sprint and identify areas for improvement
Assist in the creation of the Sprint Review report and Retrospective action items
Key

Certifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or equivalent certification
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification (optional)
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related role
Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and software development life cycles
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
Strong servant leadership skills, with a focus on empowering team members and promoting collaboration
Nice to Have:

Experience with scaled Agile frameworks, such as SAFe
Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)

Experience with data analysis and metrics, such as burn-down charts and velocity
