Customize and configure Service Now workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Maintain platform health, perform upgrades, and ensure best practices and governance
Provide architectural guidance for scalable and secure Service Now implementations
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
