Role Overview We are seeking a Senior MIS Executive with exceptional technical and operational expertise to design, implement, and maintain business information systems that drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in AppScript, JavaScript, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio, but also well-versed in Rahul Jain's (Business Coaching India) concepts of IMS, FMS, Checklists, Split FMS, MIS, and Delegation Sheets.
You will be responsible for setting up and enhancing MIS frameworks, tracking KRAs & KPIs, and ensuring that all reporting systems are streamlined, accurate, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems for various business functions.
● Develop custom automation scripts using Google AppScript & JavaScript to improve reporting workflows.
● Integrate Google Sheets and Looker Studio dashboards for real-time tracking of key metrics.
● Apply Rahul Jain's BCI concepts (IMS, FMS, Checklists, Split FMS, MIS, Delegation Sheets) in day-to-day operations.
● Build and refine KRAs and KPIs for different departments.
● Coordinate with department heads to ensure system adoption and compliance.
● Audit existing systems to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
● Develop new tracking tools and templates aligned with business objectives.
● Ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting for management decision-making.
● Work closely with leadership and department managers to understand reporting requirements.
● Train staff on usage and upkeep of MIS tools and systems.
● Act as the primary implementor for all system-related initiatives.
Key Requirements
● Advanced proficiency in Google AppScript, JavaScript, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
● Strong experience in automating data workflows and creating dynamic dashboards.
● Proven understanding of Rahul Jain's (Business Coaching India) methodology: IMS, FMS, Checklists, Split FMS, MIS, Delegation Sheet.
● Experience as an implementor of these systems in a real business setting.
● Strong understanding of KRAs & KPIs and their application in business monitoring.
● Ability to translate business requirements into structured MIS solutions.
● Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
● Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in MIS and system implementation.
● Previous experience in jewellery, retail, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
