We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Team Member with strong hands-on expertise in Advanced MS Excel and Power BI . The role focuses on data automation, dashboard development, MIS reporting, and maintaining structured data repositories to support management and business decision-making. Working knowledge of SQL Server is required, while VBA and Python will be considered added advantages.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain databases, BI dashboards, and centralized data repositories for regular and recurring data uploads and user access.
Automate recurring and manual tasks to improve efficiency and reduce preparation time using Power BI, SQL, Excel, VBA, Python, or other suitable tools .
Develop and maintain interactive business dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations , ensuring timely and accurate distribution to stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support for existing automations, including enhancements, performance optimization, and incorporation of new business requirements .
Understand change requests, new data requirements, and performance improvement opportunities, and implement them effectively.
Maintain proper historical data and file structures , ensuring data hygiene
Prepare and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for BUA reports, automation processes, and data management activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of reporting and automation deliverables.
Ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time with 100% accuracy and adhere to quality standards.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of exposure to Finance domain , with hands-on experience in financial processes, MIS/reporting, or financial systems.
Strong hands-on experience in Advanced MS Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, formulas, data modeling).
Strong practical experience in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design, performance optimization).
Working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, joins, data extraction, basic optimization).
Basic to intermediate experience in Python and/or VBA is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for creating clear and professional business presentations.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering skills .
