Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Operations & Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of the D2C website (Shopify)
Ensure website uptime, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Coordinate with developers/designers for bug fixes, new features, and upgrades.
2. Content & Merchandising
Plan and upload banners, product listings, pricing, offers, and promotions.
Maintain updated product catalogues with accurate descriptions, images, and SEO-optimised content.
Work with creative teams for assets and campaigns.
3. Customer Experience & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
Monitor user journey & behaviour using analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
Implement A/B testing and UX improvements to increase conversions.
Ensure smooth checkout, payment gateways, and returns processes.
4. Marketing & Campaign Support
Integrate and coordinate website with performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, Email, Influencers).
Manage landing pages and track campaign performance & attribution.
Support SEO/SEM and retargeting strategies.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Own website KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, ROAS contribution.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
6. Compliance & Integrations
Ensure website complies with legal, privacy, and security norms.
Oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, inventory, and logistics systems.
Key KPIs / Metrics:
Website traffic & quality of visitors
Conversion rate & AOV
Bounce rate
Cart abandonment rate
Contribution to overall sales revenue
Page load speed & uptime
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related field.
3–6 years of experience managing D2C or e-commerce websites.
Hands-on with Shopify/Magento/Woo Commerce or other CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email).
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio).
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and CRO.
Excellent project management and cross-team coordination skills.
Preferred:
Experience in FMCG/Beauty/Fashion/Consumer Goods brands.
Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and retention tools.
