Job Title
Social Media Manager

Role Objective
The role exists to strengthen and scale the organisation’s digital presence through disciplined execution, creative judgement and operational rigour. The Social Media Manager will own day-to-day social media performance, ensuring brand consistency, meaningful audience engagement and timely delivery across platforms. This role translates business priorities into high-impact digital communication while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Own the planning, creation and scheduling of content across Linked In, Instagram and other relevant platforms
Develop captions, creatives and copy aligned with brand voice, positioning and business intent
Manage and maintain content calendars with strong execution discipline and accountability
Track platform performance, analyse engagement trends and present structured weekly and monthly dashboards
Continuously optimise content formats, posting cadence and messaging based on insights and best practices
Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to translate business thinking into digital narratives
Ensure quality control, timeliness and relevance across all published content

Capability Development and Exposure
Deep exposure to brand strategy, thought leadership and employer branding initiatives
Hands-on experience in senior stakeholder communication and content alignment
Opportunity to shape and scale digital storytelling for a growing professional services brand

Desired Profile
Strong written communication skills with a high attention to detail
Comfort with design tools such as Canva and similar platforms
Sound understanding of social media trends, formats and performance drivers
Execution-oriented mindset with ownership and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure, judgement and pace

Experience with AI and skilled with execution of tools and technologies
