Job Description

Expectations:
To ensure smooth implementation of SEO Strategies and provide valuable inputs on improving performance

Experience required:
3+ years of experience

Responsibilities:

On-page:

● Day to day execution on planned SEO activities

● Coordinate with website team to execute strategy

● Check implementation done by the website team

● Maintain tracker of SEO updates

● Create task plan and timelines for execution

● Maintaining and recording minutes of the meeting with internal and external stakeholders

● Plan and strategize and track promotional campaigns from an SEO lens

Off-page:

● link analysis of our brands' competition

● Maintain a link tracker along with anchor text

● Reach out and follow up with webmasters/authors of shortlisted websites

● Negotiate and close the deal with webmasters/authors

● Maintain a list of webmaster contacts from different niche markets

Additional responsibilities:

● Contribute in client meetings along the manager

● Participate in the creation of pitch decks and internal training as needed

● Guiding junior executives and ensuring their work meets Schbang standards

KPIs:

● Contributing to the projected traffic for brands

● Executing short and long term strategies with brand manager and content team

● Keeping internal team members up-to-date with ongoing tasks and wins

● Competition of POA within the timeframe allocated per tasks

Skills required:

● Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving attitude

● Ability to work with teams

● Ability to adapt to new tools and software

● Google Analytics Power User

● Has experience operating at least 1 CMS

● Outstanding, clear communication
