Role Description
We are looking for an IBM QRadar Administrator with strong handson experience in implementing, configuring, and managing QRadar SIEM. The role involves monitoring security events, optimizing SIEM performance, ensuring seamless log integrations, and supporting SOC teams in threat detection and incident response.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and administer IBM QRadar SIEM components.
Manage log sources, event collectors, and offense tuning for accurate threat detection.
Conduct regular health checks, performance monitoring, and system maintenance.
Create and customize rules, dashboards, and reports to enhance SOC visibility.
Troubleshoot SIEM issues and support incident response teams with QRadar insights.
Integrate new log sources and ensure data normalization and parsing accuracy.
Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
Required Technical Skills
Strong handson experience with IBM QRadar SIEM.
Expertise in log onboarding, rule creation, offense tuning, and dashboard management.
Understanding of security operations, network protocols, and incident response workflows.
Experience with Linux systems and basic scripting (preferred).
