Position Overview:
The Ecommerce Executive will manage and optimize Soulflower’s website to enhance user experience, increase traffic, and maximize conversions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the website reflects the brand’s identity, runs efficiently, and supports overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management: Maintain, update, and optimize the Soulflower website for smooth functionality and navigation, Regularly upload new content, including blogs, product descriptions, images, and videos, Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.
E-commerce Operations: Monitor product listings, pricing, and stock levels to ensure accuracy and timely updates, Oversee order processing, customer inquiries, and returns through the website, Collaborate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
User Experience (UX) & Design: Work with the design team to implement engaging layouts and visuals that align with the Soulflower brand, Continuously test and improve website speed, user interface (UI), and overall customer journey.
Performance Analytics: Track website traffic, conversions, and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify reports, or similar platforms, Generate reports and insights to improve website performance and customer retention.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic, Manage meta tags, alt tags, and on-page SEO elements.
Digital Campaign Support: Coordinate with the Performance Marketing and Content teams to implement promotional banners, campaigns, and offers, Ensure smooth integration of marketing initiatives such as affiliate programs, discount codes, and flash sales.
Technical Oversight: Work closely with developers or IT teams to resolve technical issues, implement new features, and ensure website security, Conduct regular testing to identify and resolve bugs or inconsistencies, Website apps, Google analytics, Integrations
Customer Support Integration: Ensure integration of customer support tools like chatbots or live support to enhance customer satisfaction, Address website-related customer queries in coordination with the customer service team, Fresh desk, Bot, Fresh chat, Daily report, Affiliate and customer concerns wrt refunds and payments, Whats App, Emails, Push notifications, Website popups, Handle Affiliate Marketing
