We are looking for a  Pre-Sales Executive – SaaS Platform  who will own the technical and functional solutioning for our cybersecurity SaaS products. The role focuses on  product demonstrations, requirement discovery, solution mapping, proposal support, and deal enablement  for mid-market and enterprise customers in regulated industries.

Responsibilities
Act as the  product and solution expert  for the company’s cybersecurity SaaS platforms.
Conduct  live product demos  showcasing platform capabilities, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Understand customer pain points and map them to  SaaS features, configurations, and use cases .
Support sales in  discovery calls, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs .
Prepare  SaaS-focused proposals , solution notes, feature mappings, and scope documents.
Explain  cloud deployment models , data security, access control, integrations, and scalability.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess  customization, integrations, and roadmap fit .
Assist in defining  pricing models  (user-based, slab-based, subscription, enterprise plans).
Support  proof-of-concept (PoC) , pilot deployments, and customer trials where required.
Address customer questions around  platform security, compliance, and regulatory alignment .
Maintain demo environments, product documentation, pitch decks, and FAQs.
Track opportunities, demos, and pre-sales activities in CRM systems.
Provide market feedback to product teams based on customer interactions.

Qualifications
Strong experience in  SaaS pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales support .
Solid understanding of  cloud-based SaaS architectures  and subscription business models.
Knowledge of  cybersecurity, information security, or risk/compliance platforms .
Ability to articulate  product value, ROI, and business outcomes , not just features.
Experience working with  enterprise and regulated customers .
Excellent  presentation, demo, and stakeholder communication skills .
Ability to handle technical objections and complex customer queries confidently.
Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Experience with CRM tools and pre-sales workflows is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, customer-centric, and outcome-driven mindset.
