Role Overview
Cloud4C is seeking an experienced  Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Network & Security  to drive  end-to-end technical ownership for enterprise customer .
This role is critical to ensuring  service excellence, operational stability, and continuous optimization  across Cloud4C’s managed network and security platforms. The TAM will serve as the  primary technical authority and trusted advisor  for assigned customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Assume full technical ownership of assigned customer account.
Act as the  single technical point of contact , interfacing with customer stakeholders and teams.
Lead and govern  major incidents, escalations, RCA, and corrective/preventive actions
Ensure architectural integrity and policy compliance across:
Enterprise  Routing & Switching
Wireless Networks  (Aruba / Cisco )
Network Security Firewalls  (Palo Alto, Forti Gate, Check Point, Cisco)
SD-WAN
Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA)
Drive  proactive service reviews, performance optimization, and capacity planning
Coordinate with OEMs and strategic partners to resolve issues and align on technology roadmaps
Present  service performance, SLA compliance, and improvement initiatives  to customer leadership
Support customer onboarding and ensure seamless transition into steady-state managed operations.

Required Technical Expertise
Strong foundation in  Enterprise Routing & Switching
Proven experience operating  Network Security Firewalls  in large environments
Hands-on exposure to  SD-WAN solutions.
Enterprise  Wireless networking  experience
Working knowledge of  Zscaler platform.
Prior experience in  Managed Services, MSP, or Cloud Operations environments.

Strong executive-level communication and presentation capabilities
Ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes
Demonstrated ownership of complex incidents and multi-team coordination
High accountability, structured thinking, and customer-first mindset
