Position Summary:

This role necessitates a cross-functional approach, requiring hands-on project management to actively drive the execution and implementation of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful program outcomes. The incumbent will oversee each program from initiation to Go-To-Market (GTM), culminating in the development of a comprehensive sustenance process

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to understand and define client's business drivers and requirements, providing pre-sales support.
Prepare and deliver presentations, showcasing company product solutions to potential clients.
Utilize product knowledge and thorough understanding of client requirements to deliver program objectives effectively.
Conduct detailed scoping of programs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for development.
Propose technically viable product solutions, documenting program-specific configurations as needed.
Drive key deliverables through effective coordination with product and engineering teams.
Work closely with all internal supporting teams including but not limited to finance, operations, business, business operations, analytics, customer service to identify their role in the program and effectively help them set up processes to support the program
Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing delays, blockers, and potential impact areas.
Facilitate post-GTM support, collaborating with cross-functional teams encompassing operations, finance, business operations, reporting, and data analytics.

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in dynamic environments, particularly startups, is preferred.
Minimum of  2 years ' experience in Project/Program Management roles.
Candidate must be based out of Mumbai and must be able to work from office for all 5 days of the week
Previous roles as a software consultant, technical project manager, program manager, or technical lead are advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to confidently demonstrate concepts or products.
Prior hands-on experience working on programs for Europe or North Americas region is desirable.
Prior hands-on experience working on tools for viewing logs or DB viewers is desirable.
