Role Overview :

We're seeking a social media specialist to manage our brand's presence across major platforms and review sites. You'll handle post scheduling, write engaging captions, respond to comments and reviews, and collaborate with content and design teams to execute campaigns. The role also involves tracking performance, monitoring trends, and supporting influencer activations. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organized approach—bonus if you've worked with fintech or tech brands.

Job Description:

Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Linked In, X (Twitter), Facebook, You Tube, and Tik Tok
Write captions and contribute ideas for social creatives and short-form videos
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms in a timely, brand-consistent voice
Monitor and respond to user reviews on Google, Trustpilot, App Store, and Play Store
Track reviews and escalate recurring concerns to relevant departments (product, support, etc.)
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely campaign execution
Monitor competitors and platform trends; suggest proactive content ideas
Prepare weekly performance reports and assist with campaign analytics
Support influencer activations and campaign coordination

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
Strong written communication skills and ability to write in different brand tones
Familiarity with review platforms (Trustpilot, Google Reviews, app stores)
Basic knowledge of analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta, Canva, Buffer)
Proactive, organized, and responsive to online community needs
Bonus:

Experience with fin-tech, financial or tech brands
