Job Description :
We are looking for a hands-on Dev Ops Engineer with strong experience in cloud platforms (Azure & AWS), CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure as code. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, driving automation-first practices, and leveraging AI/ML-driven monitoring and optimization (AIOps) to improve reliability, security, and scalability.
Cloud & Infrastructure
. Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS and Azure
. Implement high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies
. Manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform Cloud Formation
. Optimize cloud costs using Fin Ops best practices
CI/CD & Automation
. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
. Azure Dev Ops
. Git Hub Actions
. Git Lab CI
. Jenkins
. Automate build, test, and deployment workflow s
. Improve deployment frequency and reduce MTTR
Containers & Orchestration
. Containerize applications using Docker
. Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes (AKS / EKS)
. Configure Helm charts for application deployment
. Manage container security and image scanning
Monitoring, Logging & AIOps
. Set up monitoring and alerting using:
. Azure Monitor
. Prometheus & Grafana
. ELK / EFK Stack
. Implement AI-driven monitoring & anomaly detection (AIOps)
. Use predictive alerts and automated remediation where possible
. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews
Security & Compliance (Dev Sec Ops )
. Implement Dev Sec Ops practices across CI/CD pipelines
. Manage secrets using Azure Key Vault / AWS Secrets Manager
. Perform vulnerability scanning and security audits
. Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR - as applicable)
Scripting & Automation
. Write automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Power Shell
. Automate infrastructure provisioning, patching, and scaling
. Build self-healing systems using event-driven automation
AI & Modern Dev Ops Practices
. Use AI tools for log analysis, performance optimization, and incident prediction
. Integrate Chat Ops (Slack / Teams bots) for deployments and alerts
. Leverage AI-assisted tools for:
. Cost optimization
. Security anomaly detection
. Capacity planning
Collaboration & Ownership
. Work closely with developers, QA, security, and product teams
. Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
. Mentor junior engineers and promote Dev Ops best practices
. Maintain documentation for infrastructure and processes
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Dev Ops / Cloud Engineering
. Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure
. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines
. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
. Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
. Strong scripting skills (Python / Bash)
.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Good-to-Have (Highly Preferred)
.
Experience with AIOps or AI-based monitoring tools
. Knowledge of microservices architecture
. Exposure to serverless (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions)
.
Experience with Git Ops (ArgoCD / Flux)
. Knowledge of Fin Ops and cost governance
. Experience in high-traffic / enterprise-scale systems
