Robotic Process Automation Consultant

We are looking for a  Senior Developer  with strong hands-on experience in  Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions across the organization. Exposure to  Automation Anywhere  is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain  Power Automate flows  (automated, instant, scheduled, desktop).
Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
Develop and support  Power Automate Desktop (PAD)  flows for RPA scenarios.
Work on  end-to-end automation solutions , from requirements gathering to deployment.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand automation opportunities.
Maintain documentation for solutions, best practices, and reusable components.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Power Platform best practices.
Occasionally work with  Automation Anywhere  bots for specific automation use cases.
Requirements:
5+ years of overall development experience, with  2+ years in Power Automate .
Strong understanding of  Power Platform components  (Power Apps, Power BI basics).
Hands-on experience with:
Power Automate Cloud Flows
Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook integrations
Familiarity with  Automation Anywhere  (basic development, bot deployment, troubleshooting).
Knowledge of  API integration ,  JSON , and  dynamic content handling .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
