We are seeking an experienced SharePoint professional with expertise in SharePoint 2010, 2013, and Online (Microsoft Office 365 is a plus). The candidate will manage SharePoint sites, workflows, permissions, backups, and migrations while providing high-quality support for EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions.
Key Responsibilities
Creation, modification, and decommissioning of SharePoint sites.
Manage permissions and access control, including site-level and user-level configurations.
Backup, restore, and migrate SharePoint content across environments and data centers.
Support and create SharePoint workflows using Nintex Workflow, Power Automate (Microsoft Flow), and SharePoint Designer.
Develop and maintain custom workflows, Info Path forms, Excel, Visio, and One Note applications related to SharePoint.
Troubleshoot Enterprise Search issues, ASK search problems, and SharePoint sync issues.
Manage capacity, availability, and service validations for SharePoint environments.
Deploy software updates via Trend Micro Protect Portal and handle site-level releases.
Work on Power Shell scripts for backup, deployment, and site customization tasks.
Support custom solutions and application lifecycle in SharePoint 2010/2013/Online.
Create and maintain OOTB and custom workflows, web parts, site pages, and content uploads.
Required Skills
Strong experience in SharePoint 2010, 2013, and SharePoint Online.
Hands-on experience with Nintex Workflow, SharePoint Designer, Info Path forms, and Power Automate.
Knowledge of .NET 4.0, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in content migration, site permissions, workflow automation, and site customization.
Proficient in Power Shell scripting, backup/restore operations, and site deployments.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools and SharePoint Online is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for global support coverage (EMEA, APAC, AMER).
Good understanding of SharePoint application lifecycle management and site administration.
