Training Manager - International Telecom
Location:
Mumbai
Job Summary We are hiring a Training Manager for one of our MNC clients , responsible for leading training strategy, managing trainer performance, and driving delivery excellence across multiple international telecom processes in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities Design and execute LOB-specific training plans aligned with business goals
Lead, coach, and manage a team of trainers to ensure optimal performance
Handle ad-hoc training requirements across multiple accounts
Conduct behavioral training sessions , audits, and refresher programs
Maintain training data, SOPs, trackers, and knowledge management systems
Support process transitions , KT plans, shadowing, and new-hire onboarding
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and represent training in client calls
Required Skills & Competencies Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, Excel, and QA tools
Ability to work in a 24×7 environment
Highly adaptable, patient, organized, and a strong multitasker
Strong stakeholder and client management abilities
Eligibility Criteria Graduate (10+2+3)
8+ years of overall experience
Minimum 2+ years as a Training Manager in International Telecom
Train-the-Trainer certified
Immediate joiners preferred
Willingness to work night shifts
