Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-sales Specialist with expertise in Okta, for Mumbai. The individual will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, deliver technical presentations, and provide demonstrations on the use of Okta's identity and access management solutions. The role involves collaborating with customers, resolving pre-sales queries, and assisting with proof-of-concept exercises to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their requirements, and address their queries
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, meet targets, and drive client acquisition
Proficiency in Training and enabling clients to effectively utilize Okta's solutions and related tools
Understanding of identity and access management solutions, particularly Okta, and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Technical certifications in Okta or related IAM tools would be an advantage
