Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum master

Enable squads to deliver features in a predictable and sustainable manner
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
Partner with Product Managers to refine and prioritize the product backlog
Remove impediments and resolve team-level blockers
Promote self-organization, continuous learning, and continuous improvement
Ensure clear communication between squads and stakeholders
Act as an Agile coach and advocate across teams
